efficient staff comfortable rooms quiet atmosphere
the front desk staff was efficient during check-in. i found it easy to access the shuttle bus to terminal 5. the hotel also had comfortable rooms. but the quiet atmosphere. helped me relax before my flight.
i found the absence of clear directions to parking a small inconvenience.

The room was clean with amenities. I found a welcome chocolate and fruit upon arrival. Staff offered a polite and warm welcome.

we arrived early and staff secured our luggage. they promptly assisted with reservations for airport transport. the front desk resolved a late-night issue with the room lighting quickly and efficiently. this made our brief london stop quite manageable.
